Description: A sculptural installation made of steel and twine which takes its inspiration from horse barn cobwebs.

Bio: Lily Erb is an artist and nurturer. Grass-fed and locally raised in Charlottesville, Va, she flew north to attend Hampshire College for her undergraduate degree where she began welding and eventual came to think of herself as an artist. Though she spent the requisite post-college year avoiding home, she’s proud to be back in C-Ville again. She spends her days welding in her studio in Free Union, taking care of two aging ponies, and providing childcare for two lovely little ones.
